Annabel’s Unicorn

June 1st, 2018

Sometimes, an inanimate object really seems to come to life. We all fell in love with this one (in want of imagination we nicknamed him Neddy). He was created for Annabel’s nightclub in Mayfair, where he hangs in the stairwell suspended from a Jules Verne-inspired hot air balloon.

The first pictures show him in our workshop, hanging a foot or so from the floor while we check the fit and balance of the wings. And further down, here he is again, hanging out at Annabel’s in The World of Interiors June 2018 issue.

The unicorn was designed and made by us as specialist sculptors to George Jackson Ltd. The interiors of Annabel’s were designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
